Bread machine bread flour pizza

This time, I wanted something faster, so I went for the low energy version. It is not my fastest pizza (that would be a sour milk dough- pizza in 20 minutes!), but I only need one key ingredient for the dough. A Tip for your pantry elements, always have some bread machine bread flour. (It’s the nearest to hard flour –which is a high protein wheat flour- and ha usually already the right yeast amount mixed with it)

Its very easy, just mix your flour with water (1:3 ratio ; 1 cup of flour will make 3 small thin crusted pizzas or 2 medium), add some sugar (1 Tsp for every cup will do) knead for about 3-5 minutes and let it rest for around 10 minutes. After that, put it on a warm place for another 20 minutes then stretch it as desired and put everything you like on it!.
Bake for about 15 minutes at 190° and your done.
Once you know how it goes, you can have your pizza ready to eat in 1 hour.

If you are working with whole-wheat flour or any other flour that has seeds or nuts in it, you will have to use more, otherwise your dough will be to moist. Try it out with your standard flour first, then you will know how your dough should feel like.
